The original Anthony’s — a neighborhood pizzeria & Italian restaurant in the heart of St. Cloud. Dough hand-tossed daily, marinara made in-house, ingredients prepped fresh every morning. We knead the dough by hand every morning. We let it rise slowly, the way it wants to. We crush real San Marzano-style tomatoes for the sauce, shred whole-milk mozzarella fresh, and finish every pie with a little something — a pinch, a drizzle, a kiss of olive oil. It takes longer. That's the point.
